Ready to make a real impact? Join our supportive education team as a part‑time Registered Nurse Clinical Coach covering Fitzroy and Kew. The role is 0.6 EFT at Fitzroy and 0.2 EFT at Kew, with the option for a full 0.8 EFT or a job share between the two sites. The position starts in early August 2026.

Overview The Clinical Coach will support peri‑operative education and drive innovation across anaesthetics and PACU environments.

Responsibilities - Support staff and diverse learners, from postgraduate students to enrolled and registered nurse graduates.

- Deliver specialised clinical education that transforms practice.
- Champion professionalism and foster collaborative teamwork.
- Lead mandatory competency assessments.
- Identify learning gaps and create innovative solutions.
- Design and facilitate targeted in‑service education sessions.

Qualifications & Experience - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

- Proven experience supporting diverse nursing learners (enrolled & registered).
- Minimum 3 years specialised experience in PACU/Anaesthetics nursing.
- Passion for education and mentoring excellence.
- Innovation mindset and collaborative spirit.
- Desirable: Post‑graduate qualification in PACU/Anaesthetics, Education,



or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or actively pursuing).
- Ability to work flexibly and travel across all four sites.
