About the Role Help keep patient care moving by delivering accurate audio typing and essential administrative support across CNARTS. You'll prepare clinic records, manage correspondence and provide a welcoming reception service, helping clinicians deliver high quality outpatient care.

- Transcribe clinical letters, reports and discharge summaries - Prepare clinic records for appointments - Maintain accurate patient records and confidential documents - Support administrative tasks across CNARTS locations About You You’re an organised and customer focused administrator who takes pride in accurate work, communicates with confidence and thrives in a busy healthcare environment.
