The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, focusing on early arrears and customer engagement to drive positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage early arrears collections through outbound and inbound calls
- Conduct skip tracing activities to locate and reconnect with customers
- Assess and manage financial hardship cases, offering appropriate solutions
- Negotiate payment arrangements aligned with policy and compliance
- Maintain accurate records and case notes across systems
- Deliver a strong balance of customer service and commercial outcomes

About You:

- Previous experience in collections, recoveries, or customer service within financial services
- Exposure to early arrears, skip tracing, or hardship (highly regarded)




- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Resilient, target-driven, and solutions-focused
