HVAC Service Technician | Sydney
Good technicians are rarely unemployed. But there's a difference between having work and having the right work. If you're a qualified HVAC tech and you've been quietly keeping an eye on what else is out there, this is worth five minutes of your time.
About the Company A rapidly expanding National HVAC business making serious ground on the east coast of Australia. They are winning service and maintenance contracts alongside project work, and growing their team to match the momentum. Right now, Sydney is a key part of that push.
They work with some of the biggest names in the country, including BHP, Charter Hall, CBRE, Chevron, Marriott and TFE Hotels. This is not a small operator doing residential split systems. This is a serious commercial and industrial business with a blue-chip client base, a steady pipeline of work, and genuine national growth on the horizon.
Their reputation is built on two things: the quality of their work, and the way they treat their people. They hire experienced tradespeople, they invest in keeping them, and they do not tolerate toxic workplace behaviour.
