You will work across a broad mix of commercial litigation matters, including disputes in all courts, mediation, tribunal hearings, enforcement matters, insolvency disputes, building and construction litigation, property and lease disputes and commercial contract disputes.

The role will see you

- Drafting briefs and litigation documents
- Conducting court appearances for directions, adjournments and basic contested matters
- Negotiating with insolvency stakeholders including liquidators, receivers, administrators, secured creditors and directors
- Consulting with clients
- Managing delegated phases of matters from commencement to settlement or appeal

You

- 2–3 years PAE in commercial litigation




- Insolvency exposure is a bonus
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Collegiate, approachable and easy to work with
- Someone who takes ownership, communicates well and cares about quality
