Commercial Property Manager

Your new company

Citygate Properties develops, leases and manages properties around the Greater Bunbury area and are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team to help drive and capitalise on future growth and success.

Your new role

You will hold a diverse role being responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of predominantly commercial and retail assets. Citygate only leases and manages property that it directly owns and as such you will act on behalf of the landlord and have a close working relationship with tenants.

This is a role where you will work with a range of existing systems and create current procedures as the number of properties under the Citygate umbrella grows.

The role includes

- Building a long-term strong relationship with tenants
- Inspections, property conditions reports and involvement with rental arrears
- Coordinating property repairs and maintenance, while working within outgoings budgets
- Organising service contracts, maintenance work orders and obtaining quotes




- Ensuring all relevant tenant and contractor insurances are up to date

What you'll need to succeed Preferably, you will have:

- Commercial property management experience
- Proven track record of maintaining and preparing budgets and strong financial acumen
- Expertise in managing large portfolios
- Ideally experience establishing property management frameworks
- A commercial mindset
- An understanding of property services and dealing with contractors, including issuing work orders
- Experience with Microsoft Office and property management databases
