The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced hands-on, proactive, eye for detail and motivated Commercial Senior Site Supervisor to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of our upcoming commercial and industrial projects. This is a pivotal role within our team.

A background in carpentry or the building trade to supervise and deliver commercial fitout, refurbishment, and construction projects is a must. This role is integral to our continued national growth and will suit someone who is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in customer relationship management and/or business development will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Goals: Supervise and lead commercial construction and fitout projects from concept to completion. Communicate and maintain project schedules, scopes, and methodologies. Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Leadership: Lead internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve efficient project outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Prepare, monitor, and communicate all avenues of supervision, review drawings, technical details, and construction methodologies
- Innovation:



Analyse complex challenges and develop innovative solutions to achieve project goals within the project teams.
- Risk & Compliance: Uphold WHS practices and risk management strategies is a must.
- Stakeholder Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders through clear, consistent communication. Provide regular project updates and manage expectations professionally.

About You

- Qualified carpenter
- Qualifications in Building & Construction or a related field (highly regarded)
- Proven experience supervising multiple commercial fitout or construction projects
- Carpentry or building trade background strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry regulations
- Demonstrated team leadership and client management skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously
- Current QLD driver’s licence (essential)
- General Construction Induction - Blue or White Card (essential)
