The Chance As a Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent, you'll play a key role in generating new business, managing campaigns and assisting clients through the sales and leasing process. This is a fast-paced role offering excellent earning potential, ongoing mentoring and genuine career progression.

Your Responsibilities

- Conduct private inspections with prospective purchasers and tenants
- Build relationships through business development,



lead generation and canvassing
- Manage and maintain the CRM and client database
- Prepare listings, marketing material and sales documentation
- Coordinate photography, property measurements and online advertising
- Write engaging property advertisements for online campaigns
- Liaise with conjunction agents and external stakeholders
- Assist with marketing proposals, brochures, signage, email campaigns and digital marketing
- Support the team throughout the end-to-end sales and leasing process

What We're Looking For

- Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, motivated attitude with a genuine passion for real estate
- Experience in either residential or commercial real estate
- Junior, Associate and experienced candidates are all encouraged to apply
