The Role:

As Commissioning Manager, you will lead all Testing & Commissioning activities across electrical infrastructure projects, overseeing planning, execution, energisation, and project handover. You will manage commissioning strategies, budgets, resources, and field teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and client requirements. Working closely with project stakeholders, you will drive project performance, resolve technical challenges, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning activities, ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time project delivery.

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise commissioning teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve project milestones.

- Review project contracts, technical specifications, commissioning plans, and site readiness requirements.

- Manage commissioning budgets,



procurement, cost control, invoicing, and performance outcomes.

- Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, progress reports, incident reports, and completion records.

- Oversee commissioning readiness, equipment verification, issue resolution, and compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and regulatory standards.

- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while driving collaboration, accountability, safety leadership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or Electrical Trade qualified with minimum 10-12 yrs Construction Management

- Experience Knowledge and experience in the renewables industry and energy infrastructure in Australia.

- Contract Management favourable.

- Current Electrical License favourable

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
