You may have seen our ads before. We are welcoming new clients daily, and due to our growth, we are seeking a participant Care Partner/Coordinator for the Cairns region. We are looking for someone who can assist us in reaching every participant's potential, deliver exceptional customer service, be highly organised, and commit to Envigor participants and our team. Supporting Envigor participants to live and age well in their own home and be active and participate in their community is our focus.

Envigor participants receive services in their individual home environments, this also includes residents in retirement villages. We have established relationships with several retirement village partner sites across the Cairns region.

To be successful in this role you will hold;

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, or Certificate III in Home and Community Care, or Certificate III in Disability, or Certificate III in Individual Support

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- National Disability Worker Screening Clearance

- Current Influenza Vaccination Certificate





- Current First Aid and CPR certificate

- Current Driver's Licence with own reliable registred vehicle

Qualifications can be gained, but we want a team of people who show up every day in mind, body and spirit for the participants we support, and the rest of the Envigor team.

- If you have been a citizen in another country after the age of 16 you will also need to ask you to complete a statutory declaration as per the "Police Certificate Guidelines for Aged Care Providers"

- Do you have a current car driver's licence and registered vehicle?
