Our client needs range from basic to very complex. Our services include caregiving (i.e. domestic support, community access, personal care) and nursing (i.e. wound care, catheter care) in the home.
We welcome applicants of all experience levels who have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn the Nurse Next Door way!
Our services run 24/7, so flexibility, reliable transport, and regular availability are essential.
About the Role:

- Provide compassionate, personalized premium care that improves the lives of our clients
- Follow care plans developed by the Clinical Leadership team
- Ensure client safety, using all equipment properly and safely
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and records
- Offer a wide range of caregiving and nursing support services
- Be reliable and able to work unsupervised
- Working adaptable shifts (from 2+ hours) across mornings, evenings, overnights & weekends (24/7 Service)

What You'll Need:
- You must be passionate about making a difference.
- Self-directed, reliable, and responsible
- Open to feedback, willing to learn and open to receiving radical candor
- Ability to take responsibility for own behaviour & success
- Current AHPRA Registration for Nurses (including recent graduates)
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector) (within 12 months)
- Working With Children Card (Blue Card) (Paid)
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card) (Paid)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
- Current Drivers License and own reliable transport
