About the Role

NVC Group is seeking a community maintenance officer to work within a team, responsible for lawn and garden care for our aged care clients within the Coffs Harbour region.

Key Responsibilities

· Lawn mowing (both push mow and ride-on) and edge trimming

· Hedge trimming

· Leaf blowing and debris removal

· General yard clean up and weeding

· Pressure cleaning

· Daily use and maintenance of equipment and tools

· Ensuring safety procedures and client satisfaction

Essential Criteria





· Experience in grounds maintenance and all key responsibilities listed

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills

· Driver’s licence

· Ability to operate a manual vehicle

· Ability to tow a trailer

· Provide a current (within 3 months) police check

· Basic written and technology skills

Desirable

· First Aid and CPR certificate

· Any relevant qualification and certificates
