Our opportunity to you

As a Community Remedy Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering hospital substitution type care in the Northshore area of Sydney. We provide a service during business hours, 7 days per week in the community. This is a permanent part-time position offering 22.5 hours per week, requires availability across a 7 day rotating roster - day time hours, no nights.

The day to day

Delivering excellent clinical care in the community for our Hospital Care at Home and Rehabilitation at Home clients

Completing in-home clinical assessments

Managing medication including IV antibiotics via PICCs Complex wound care and drain tube management

Improving the health and wellbeing of hundreds of Australians

Joining a warm and friendly group of highly skilled Registered Nurses who are passionate about teamwork,



supporting their colleagues and providing an outstanding level of care to their clients

About You

Registered Nurse, Division 1 qualification, and current AHPRA registration

2+ years community and/or acute hospital nursing experience

Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight timeframes and competing priorities

Current driver’s licence and registered, insured roadworthy vehicle

Passionate about health and committed to making a real difference in the community
