Peninsula Home Physio P/L

Frankston

Help us build something worth being part of.

At Peninsula Home Physio, we're a small and growing community physiotherapy practice with a simple vision: To deliver outstanding care for our clients while building a workplace where physiotherapists can enjoy meaningful, rewarding and sustainable careers.

We're looking for a physiotherapist who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering high-quality care and believes that learning never stops.

If you're looking for more than just another community physiotherapy job, we'd love to hear from you.

About us

We provide mobile physiotherapy services across the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne's south-east, supporting older adults, NDIS participants and people living with neurological and complex health conditions. As a small team, one of our greatest strengths is that people aren't just another number.

You'll work closely with the Practice Director, have the opportunity to contribute ideas, and play an important role in shaping how our practice continues to grow.

We're intentionally building a practice that values:

- Clinical excellence
- Professionalism
- Accountability
- Continual learning
- Collaboration
- Respect for clients and each other

What you can expect

When you join Peninsula Home Physio, you can expect:
- A supportive onboarding process tailored to your experience and confidence.
- Clinical support and case discussions whenever you need another perspective.
- Thoughtfully planned workloads that prioritise quality care and sustainable practice.
- AI-assisted documentation, established administrative support and efficient systems designed to reduce unnecessary administrative burden.
- Career development aligned with your clinical interests and long-term career goals.

- A workplace where you'll be trusted to work independently while knowing support is available whenever you need it.

We believe clinicians do their best work when they're supported, challenged and trusted—not micromanaged.

About the role

You'll manage a varied community caseload across the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding south-east suburbs, providing physiotherapy services in clients' homes and residential settings.

Your caseload may include

- Support at Home clients
- NDIS participants
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Falls prevention and balance rehabilitation
- Functional mobility and independence
- Orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Community physiotherapy offers the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with clients while helping them remain independent in the place they most want to be—their own home.

About you

We're less interested in finding the "perfect" résumé and more interested in finding the right person.

You'll ideally

- Be registered with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
- Have access to a reliable motor vehicle suitable for community visits.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability and integrity.
- Enjoy working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Be committed to continual learning and delivering excellent client care.

Community experience is highly regarded but not essential.

We welcome applications from physiotherapists at different stages of their career who are motivated to grow and contribute to a high-quality community practice.

What we value

We're looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership of their work.
- Communicates professionally and respectfully.
- Is dependable and committed to their clients.
- Enjoys solving clinical problems.
- Wants to continue developing as a clinician.
- Is looking to build a long-term career in community physiotherapy.

Why join us now?

Peninsula Home Physio is still a relatively small practice, and we see that as one of our strengths. It means your contribution genuinely matters.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Practice Director, influence how we continue to improve, and grow alongside a business that's being built thoughtfully rather than rapidly.

We're looking for someone who values professionalism, continual learning and meaningful client relationships—and who wants to grow alongside a practice that's intentionally building something for the long term.

Benefits

- Competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus superannuation and travel reimbursement ($1.01/km), depending on experience, clinical capability and the responsibilities of the role.
- Work laptop provided.
- Uniforms provided.
- AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Administrative support.
- Tailored onboarding and professional support.
- A collaborative and values-driven team environment.

If this sounds like the kind of practice you'd like to be part of, we'd love to hear from you. To apply, please submit your résumé together with a brief cover letter outlining what attracts you to community physiotherapy and why you'd like to join Peninsula Home Physio
