Community Support Assistant - Central Coast Job No: DACS65 Location: Central Coast Dementia and Aged Care Services (DACS) is an established provider of Community Care Services in NSW, delivering tailored care to enhance the quality of life for clients and their families. Our goal is to enable clients to remain at home and engaged in their local community.

Responsibilities - Provide a restorative and wellness approach to enable older people to remain at home and engaged with their community.

- Offer social support, personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and light domestic assistance to local clients within their own home.

Required Qualifications and Experience - Genuine passion for and previous experience supporting elderly people, aiming to meet their and their families’ needs and goals.

- Strong time‑management skills, able to work autonomously; positive verbal and written communication.




- Availability of up to 20 hours per week across at least three days (Monday to Friday); flexible to take occasional fill‑in shifts.
- Minimum Certificate III qualification in Aged Care / Community Care / Individual Support (or equivalent) and current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Current Open Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
- National Police Certificate or willingness to obtain.
