About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Engineer to support global product compliance governance and market access across key regions. The role ensures products meet regulatory requirements at development and maintains ongoing compliance, including certification renewals, throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering product certifications and managing certification renewals across global markets
- Monitoring regulatory changes and translating requirements into actionable guidance
- Supporting compliance governance, including policy, processes, and training
- Partnering with Engineering, Quality, Legal, and external bodies to embed compliance into product development
- Managing certification bodies, test labs, and regulatory submissions
- Supporting compliance data management and audit readiness
We’re Interested in Hearing from People Who Have:
- Degree in Engineering (electrical/mechanical or related discipline)
- Experience in product compliance within the electrical appliance or similar regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of global regulations and standards (IEC, UL, CE/LVD, EMC, etc.)
- Experience managing certifications and certification renewals (e.g. EESS, KC, CCC, NOM or equivalent)
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and apply them in product development contexts
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capability
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
