Administrator - Claims & Rebates We have an exciting opportunity to join our Credit team, a fast-paced and high-volume function where attention to detail is essential. Based at our Head Office in Darra, QLD, we are looking for someone who takes initiative, is committed to excellence, conducts themselves professionally, and thrives in a high-performing team environment. In this role, you will work closely with both internal stakeholders and customers, supporting the balance between effective risk management and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

About the Role This is a new role to the team! Reporting directly to the Credit Manager, this role sits at the intersection of Accounts Receivable, Construction, Customer Service and Customer Claims. You will work closely with our teams and Customers to proactively assist in customer claim and rebate processing.

This is a rapid-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with stakeholders, and taking ownership of outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Reviewing and validating credit claims,



including requests for additional information

Performing invoice and rebate analysis, including reporting, calculations and resolving discrepancies

Maintaining accurate customer data in line with audit and compliance requirements

Managing resolution and reconciliation of aged claims and queries to ensure timely payment, including following up overdue accounts and escalating where required

Maintaining accurate and compliant records of all customer communications About You You’re a confident communicator who can balance firmness with professionalism, and you’re comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment. You’ll bring: Experience as a Claims Officer, Accounts Receivable Officer, Customer Service Officer or in a similar role (minimum five years)

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to use formulas to analyse data and support business decisions

High attention to detail and accuracy across financial data and reporting

Confidence managing collections and resolving account queries

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities A proactive mindset with the ability to assess risk and take action

Comfort working with systems and technology

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders
