The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Construction Administrator to join our Construction team in Osborne Park.

This role is ideal for someone with residential building experience who thrives on coordination, enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly through key construction stages.

You’ll play a critical role in managing construction bookings, maintaining schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction bookings once monthly schedules are finalised
- Coordinate and oversee bookings for:
- Slabs
- Drains
- Slab cleans
- Temporary power
- Brickwork
- Job cancellations and rescheduling

- Maintain and update the Slab List to ensure accurate, real-time information across all teams
- Liaise with contractors to confirm bookings and maintain schedule integrity
- Issue concrete orders following contractor confirmation
- Prepare and distribute project documentation including plans, purchase orders, contracts, and construction details
- Coordinate BA20 documentation through to completion and sign-off
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure alignment with project scope




- Provide administrative support to Construction Supervisors and internal stakeholders

About You Essential Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in residential construction administration, scheduling, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of residential construction methodology and build sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret building plans, contracts, and technical documentation
- Skilled in reviewing and interpreting subcontractor quotations and assess alignment with required construction works
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and construction bookings
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Robust communication skills across contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Highly Regarded

- Experience within a production home building environment
- Understanding of slab preparation, site works, and early-stage construction
- Experience with BA20 documentation and local authority requirements
- Proficiency in ClickHomes
