Construction Labourer – Structural Steel Fabrication

We are a well-established structural steel fabrication company based in Caringbah and are currently looking for a reliable construction labourer to join our growing team.

About the role

You’ll be working in our fabrication yard and in office, assisting with general labouring duties to support our steel fabrication and installation works.

Duties include

- Assisting tradesmen and fabricators
- Loading and unloading steel and materials
- General workshop and site labouring
- Confident use of hand tools
- Keeping work areas clean and safe

What we’re looking for:
- Previous construction or labouring experience (preferred but not essential)
- White Card (essential)
- Confidence using basic hand tools
- Forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential)




- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Power tools: 2 years (Required)

Licence/Certification:
- White Card (Required)
- Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
