About the Role

You'll work alongside highly experienced tradespeople on a diverse range of projects including:

- Architectural custom homes
- High-end residential renovations
- Multi-level residential developments
- Education facilities
- Commercial construction

Your day-to-day duties will include assisting with and undertaking:
- Framing
- Sub-floor construction
- Truss installation
- Wall and external cladding
- General carpentry and construction tasks
- Site preparation and material handling
- Maintaining a secure, clean and organised worksite

You'll be part of a team that values quality workmanship, professionalism, and pride in every project we deliver.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Comfortable following instructions while showing initiative




- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Safety conscious with a strong understanding of OH&S; practices

Essential Requirements
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Own trade tools (nail bag, hand tools and power tools)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work unsupervised when required

Previous experience working on quality residential or commercial construction projects will be highly regarded.
