What You’ll Be Doing

- Build and manage the entire project program, including milestones and sequencing
- Keep budget vs actuals tight, approve variations, manage contingencies
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants and inspectors
- Run site meetings and resolve blockers fast
- Lead with safety, quality and zero surprises at practical completion
- Engage clients confidently and own the project delivery experience

What You Bring





- Proven construction project management experience (modular or residential ideal)
- Strength in budgeting, scheduling, contract control & documentation
- Confident communicator with a delivery mindset
- Current driver’s licence + ability to attend regional sites
- Trade qualified carpenter or degree in Construction Management – desirable
- Strong IT skills
