The Role
- Administer contracts primarily across fitout and refurbishment projects, with the door open to recent build as you grow into the role
- Prepare and issue subcontract packages, purchase orders and variations
- Assess and process progress claims, EOTs and RFIs
- Monitor costs, budgets and forecasts across a mixed project portfolio
- Report into a Project Manager or Contracts Manager, with senior leadership close enough to guide you day to day
- Build relationships across site teams as the business scales
What You Bring
- Experience as a Contract Administrator across fitout, refurbishment or commercial construction
- Solid subcontract management, cost reporting and contract administration fundamentals
- The confidence to run your own work, and the humility to know you've still got more to learn
- A strong work ethic and genuine hunger to grow into bigger, more complex projects
