This company is a leading tier-one builder, with a large fit-out and refurbishment team. They operate very much in the high-end/luxury market on projects from $20mil to $100mil.

Due to an increased workload and internal promotions, our client is now recruiting for an experienced contract administrator or senior contract administrator to join their team.

This role will see you working alongside industry experts in the heavy refurb/luxury fit-out space and offers excellent career prospects for candidates that are looking to work with a progressive builder that offers training, development, and internal promotions.

Requirements for this role include:

- Relevant degree/industry training
- Luxury retail and/or large structural refurbishment experience on projects over $10Mil




- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound knowledge of COSTX / Jobpac or Cheops
- The ability to liaise and coordinate large teams of tier-one sub-contractors

This role would be ideally suited to a contract administrator / senior contract administrator that is looking to join a top-tier builder and work with highly-skilled, like-minded individuals on iconic projects. This role offers transparent career progression prospects to eventually develop into a contracts manager/project manager or design role.
