About the role - Moreton Bay, QLD, working location - Competitive Salary - Company vehicle, fuel card, and corporate phone/laptop - Full‑time permanent role - Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Contract Manager to act as the primary point of contact for one of our premier client accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless execution, compliance, and optimisation of contracted static guarding and mobile patrol security services. You will bridge the gap between client expectations and field operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, KPI adherence,



and workforce efficiency.

Key Duties include Client Relationship & Account Management - Serve as the main liaison for the client, conducting regular service reviews and performance briefings.

- Develop and maintain transparent customer service delivery and reporting.
- Address client feedback, log service requests, and proactively implement rectification processes for any service variations.

Field

Operations & Service Delivery - Oversee daily field operations, ensuring all static guarding posts and mobile patrol routes are executed flawlessly.

- Monitor guard tracking and scheduling software to ensure real‑time visibility, accurate electronic logs, and automated daily activity reports.
- Supervise the deployment of guard personnel and mobile patrol assets and manage immediate responses to ad hoc needs, alarms, critical incidents, and emergency escalations. Compliance, Risk & Financial Management - Ensure 100% compliance with local security licensing laws, training qualifications, and site induction standards.
- Audit site operations regularly to identify emerging safety risks, update Risk Management Plans, and guarantee strict standard operating procedure (SOP)



adherence.
- Validate contractor invoices, manage team rosters to hit budgetary targets, and review financial margins across both static and patrol lines. Leadership & Workforce Coordination - Lead, mentor, and schedule a dedicated team of static Security Officers and Mobile Patrol Drivers.
- Coordinate onboarding, uniform distributions, and ongoing site‑specific training updates for security personnel.

Skills and Requirements - Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of contract management, account management, or operations supervisor experience within the manpower security industry.

- Licensing: Valid QLD Security license.
- Driver’s Licence: Current, unrestricted manual or automatic driver’s licence with a clean driving record (essential for evaluating mobile patrol operations).
- Technical Savvy: Strong proficiency in guard tour systems, rostering software, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Preferred

Attributes - Excellent written communication skills for delivering comprehensive incident reports and formal client presentations.

- High commercial awareness with proven skill in managing workforce labour budgets.
- Robust conflict‑resolution capabilities to handle complex, real‑time client escalations or internal roster shortages.
