What are we looking for?

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

- 1 x Part Time or Full-Time Control Room Operator

- 1-2 Part Time Security Officers (Patrol Focused)

About the role

You’ll play a key role in maintaining safety and service standards across the Centre. Roles include either dedicated control room duties, a mix of control room and floor-based patrols, or part-time patrol work.

Essential to the role:

- To apply for this position, applicants must hold a current NSW Security License and current First Aid Certificate.

- You must be able to provide evidence of holding (at minimum) a Certificate II in Security Operations.

- Provide a recent police history check - less then one month old (or be prepared to apply for one prior to commencement)

- Availability across a variety of shifts

- Previous retail security experience (preferred but not essential)

- Confidence using CCTV,



two way radios and electronic reporting platforms

Duties May Include:

- Monitoring CCTV, alarms, and access control systems

- Dispatching and coordinating security team responses

- Conducting high-visibility patrols of retail, car park, and BOH areas

- Responding to incidents, engaging with the public, and enforcing centre policies

- Communicating with emergency services and centre management

- Writing detailed reports and shift handovers
