Conveyancer | Melbourne CBD | Hybrid Flexibility A growing property-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their Melbourne CBD team.
This is an excellent prospect for a Conveyancer with 5 + years’ experience who is confident managing files end-to-end and looking to join a growing team with exposure to a broad range of property matters.
About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse conveyancing portfolio, including:
- Managing conveyancing files from opening through to settlement
- Handling residential and commercial property transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders
- Preparing and reviewing conveyancing documentation
- Managing deadlines and ensuring smooth progression of matters
- Supporting property transactions, including large-scale development projects
About You The ideal candidate will have:
- 5–10 years’ conveyancing experience
- Strong end-to-end file management capability
- Experience across residential and commercial property matters
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and client management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
