Lotte is seeking an experienced and passionate chef to join our small & dedicated kitchen team.
The successful candidate will be confident working across all sections of the kitchen, comfortable working autonomously when required, and able to take direction while showing initiative.
Our menu changes frequently to reflect the seasons and the produce available, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, has robust foundational cooking skills, and takes pride in thoughtful, produce driven food & cooking.
Experience or a genuine interest in baking and pastry, butchery, pickling and preserving will be looked upon favourably.
