Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, we are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Corporate Partnerships Manager who will help develop and expand the Foundation’s corporate partnerships program, generating cash and in-kind support for healthcare services across NSW. This is an opportunity to build corporate partnerships that generate meaningful support for healthcare services across NSW. Working closely with the Director of Partnerships, you will manage and grow existing relationships while identifying new businesses and corporate foundations with the potential to support priority campaigns and projects.

The opportunity

Develop new corporate partnerships and secure cash and in-kind support;

Create tailored proposals that connect partner objectives with healthcare priorities;

Manage existing partners, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement and grow revenue;

Deliver cause-related marketing initiatives, partnership activations and corporate employee engagement opportunities;

Manage partner communications, meetings, benefits, reporting and post-activity reviews;

Secure corporate and in-kind support for Foundation events and community fundraising;

Collaborate with philanthropy,



marketing and events colleagues to deliver partner commitments and appropriate brand recognition;

Maintain accurate partnership information and benefits schedules within the CRM. About you

You are a confident and engaging relationship manager who enjoys creating opportunities, developing persuasive proposals and turning conversations into mutually beneficial partnerships. Commercially minded and motivated by purpose, you can balance new-business development with the thoughtful management of established relationships. You will bring:

Experience in fundraising or healthcare preferred, including business development and key account management;

Demonstrated success developing corporate partnerships, sponsorships and supporting campaigns;

Strong networking skills and the confidence to engage a broad range of corporate and internal stakeholders;

Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills;

The ability to understand a partner’s objectives and translate them into a compelling proposition;

Sound budget-management skills and confidence working towards revenue targets;

Experience using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and a CRM;

Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a complex workplace;

Personal integrity and genuine alignment with the mission and values of a faith-based healthcare organisation.
