About The Role In this full time, front of house position, you will provide reception, generalist admin and office support during the hours of 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. The successful candidate will benefit from working in a recently renovated office space and impressive reception area.

Your daily responsibilities will include: Responding to incoming calls and direct messages in a clear and professional manner

Welcoming clients and external visitors and coordinate visitors from other offices

Manage temporary access passes as required

Maintain contact with receptionists in other offices to ensure cover and a nationally consistent approach

Schedule couriers and coordinate incoming deliveries

Manage meeting room bookings and general diary management

Work closely with our Catering and Marketing teams to ensure office events are coordinated effectively

Ensure meeting rooms are well maintained

Support Business Services with data entry as required

Engage with suppliers and contractors About you You will have prior experience in reception, ideally from a legal or professional services environment. You will also possess the following attributes/ skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to foster positive working relationships

Strong organisational skills and the capacity to adapt to changing environments and priorities A keen eye for detail, strong sense of initiative and problem solving

Active team member, completing tasks and assisting others to complete tasks A solid work ethic and enthusiasm for desired outcomes

Sound judgement, uses discretion and deals with sensitive information appropriately

Strong Microsoft Office skills,
