Due to strong demand across multiple industry sectors, we are seeking motivated Cost Controllers to join our team. We deliver comprehensive procurement, project, contract, governance, and commercial management services for both government clients and contractors, supporting all aspects of project delivery.

About the Role – Cost Controller

Cost Controllers are pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity of complex infrastructure projects across the water, environment,



and civil construction sectors. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, project directors, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders to maintain rigorous cost management processes.

You will develop, monitor, and update project budgets; track and analyse expenditures versus forecasts; identify cost variances and trends; prepare periodic cost reports; and provide early warnings of potential overruns with actionable recommendations for corrective measures. Your work ensures projects remain financially disciplined and commercially sound.

About You

Essential:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant area or equivalent industry experience

- Excellent technical skills in cost control, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Strong writing skills, including the communication of technical information in plain English

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Ability to build relationships and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders

- Flexibility, willingness to learn new processes and skills, and the capability to work independently
