At Business Branding Blueprint (BBB), we believe every great business deserves marketing that reflects the quality of what they do.

We're a growing creative agency partnering with established businesses to build premium brands through strategy, content creation, photography, videography and design. We work with businesses across a wide range of industries, from trades and logistics to retail, skilled services and beyond. Different industries, different stories, but the same level of care goes into every project.

We're looking for a creative all-rounder who loves bringing ideas to life and takes genuine pride in producing thoughtful, high-quality work.

This is a flexible freelance contractor role, working approximately 5–25 hours per month depending on client projects. You'll primarily work remotely using your own equipment, with occasional content shoot days and creative catch-ups in Sydney.

While this role begins as freelance, we're looking for someone we'd love to build a long-term relationship with. As BBB continues to grow, we'd love this role to grow alongside it.

What you'll be doing

No two weeks will look exactly the same. Depending on the projects we're working on, your role may include:

Motion Design

- Animating Instagram Reels and TikToks

- Creating kinetic typography

- Designing animated graphics and callouts

- Bringing static graphics to life

- Creating logo and brand animations

- Building reusable motion templates

- Creating motion assets for paid social campaigns

Graphic Design

- Designing social media graphics and carousel posts

- Creating marketing collateral

- Assisting with branding projects

- Preparing artwork for print and digital

- Designing website graphics and digital assets

Content Creation

- Editing short-form videos





- Assisting on content shoot days

- Capturing behind-the-scenes content

- Organising content libraries

- Supporting our creative team wherever needed
