As a Credit Controller, you will play a critical role in managing customer accounts, reducing outstanding debt, and ensuring our credit processes support both business performance and customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and balancing commercial outcomes with excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Bring - Previous experience in credit control, collections, accounts receivable, or a related finance function.

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence handling customer conversations regarding payments and account management.
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams and build solid internal relationships.
