Join our Milton-based team and play a key role in supporting customers across Australia. As a Credit Collections Officer, you'll manage a portfolio of national accounts, build strong customer relationships, and drive positive collection outcomes that contribute to the success of the business. What You'll Be Doing

- Manage a portfolio of debtor accounts to maximise cash collection and reduce aged debt.
- Engage with customers through inbound and outbound channels to achieve positive collection outcomes while maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies that support cash flow and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Monitor collection performance, maintain accurate reporting, and contribute to achieving team targets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve account issues and drive continuous improvement.





About You

- Experience in debt collection, accounts receivable, credit management, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
