Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact within a close-knit team at a global industry leader? At FedEx Logistics, we are looking for a reliable Credit Controller to join our collaborative Finance team. This is a critical role responsible for safeguarding our cash flow and working capital while maintaining solid relationships with our valued customers.

What you will do

As our Credit Controller, you will manage the end-to-end credit control and collections process. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Evaluating current credit applications, triggering approval requests, and periodically monitoring customer credit limits.

- Conducting daily reviews of accounts, keeping track of payment due dates, and issuing timely reminders to secure payments.

- Coordinating directly with Operations to resolve customer billing or invoice disputes that are delaying collection.

- Executing credit holds/releases, initiating refund or write-off requests per policy, and ensuring limits are accurately updated.

- Formally advising customers of credit limit decisions (approvals, rejections, or adjustments) with a high level of professionalism.

What we are looking for To be successful in this role, you will be highly analytical, adaptable,



and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will also bring:

- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in accounts receivable or credit control.

- Prior experience in international freight forwarding, logistics, or a large corporate environment is highly preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in progress or intent to pursue is highly preferred.

- Solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SOX compliance standards.

- Strong computer literacy with a proven ability to quickly master new financial and operational systems, knowledge of the CargoWise Finance is highly preferred.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage sensitive customer interactions.
