Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play an integral role in the day-to-day finance operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, reconciliations and finance administration, while also providing support across Accounts Payable.

Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable & Credit Control

- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Reconcile revenue transactions and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and proactively follow up overdue accounts.
- Manage debtor collections while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing queries.

Finance Administration

- Manage the shared finance inbox and respond to finance enquiries.
- Allocate requests to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate financial records and finance systems.
- Assist with finance process improvements and ad hoc finance projects.

Reconciliations

- Complete daily bank and account reconciliations.
- Ensure financial transactions are accurately coded.
- Support month-end balance sheet reconciliations.

Accounts Payable Support

- Process supplier invoices and employee expense reimbursements.
- Maintain supplier records and accounts payable schedules.




- Assist with weekly payment runs and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- 1–3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Finance Administration or similar finance role.
- Experience with corporate collections, debtor management and reconciliations.
- Solid attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Experience using ERP systems or accounting software (Xero experience is highly regarded).
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
