About the Role

As a Credit Operations Specialist, you'll support our Credit team by reviewing applications, verifying documentation and ensuring information is accurate before lending decisions are made.

This role is highly administrative and data-entry focused, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working accurately across multiple systems and following processes.

While there is occasional communication with internal teams, this is not a sales role and involves very little phone work.

If you're organised, enjoy problem solving and have a great eye for detail, you'll thrive in this position.

What You'll Be Doing

- Reviewing customer applications and supporting documentation
- Entering and validating information across multiple systems
- Verifying business details using online searches and third-party databases
- Checking applications for accuracy and completeness
- Identifying missing information and following up with internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company processes




- Managing your workload to meet daily service levels
- Supporting continuous improvement projects within the Credit Operations team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

- Experienced in retail, administration, compliance, quality assurance, customer service or other process-driven environments
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable performing repetitive administrative and data entry tasks accurately
- Confident using computers and learning current systems quickly
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicators who enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Available to work full-time and start as soon as possible
- Not currently studying, as this is a full-time position

Please note: This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is primarily in phone based or outbound sales, as it is an administration and operations focused position.
