Key Responsibilities:

- Making and following up customer calls,



particularly relating to product warranties and service enquiries
- Responding to customer enquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Accurately updating internal systems and maintaining customer records
- Completing general administrative tasks as needed, including scanning and document management
- Supporting the wider customer service team with day-to-day tasks

The Candidate:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High levels of motivation, reliability, and professionalism
- Previous customer service experience (Call centre and on the phone experience highly regarded)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- A proactive, positive, "can-do" attitude
