About the role

This is a secure, full-time Monday–Friday role with weekend work optional across the branch network, ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and being part of a hands-on team.

Working across both the trade counter and warehouse, you'll assist customers with product enquiries, prepare and dispatch orders, manage stock and develop your knowledge of the HVAC&R; industry.

No HVAC&R; experience? No problem. If you bring a positive attitude, strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

- Deliver exceptional counter and internal sales service to trade customers
- Build strong relationships with local tradies and national account technicians
- Identify customer needs and provide practical product solutions
- Receive, pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently




- Perform general warehouse duties and maintain branch presentation standards
- Operate a forklift – we will help you obtain a licence and provide full training
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment in line with WHS requirements

You will bring

- A genuine passion for customer service
- Customer service, retail, warehouse or trade-related experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to assist across both customer service and warehouse operations
- Strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- A current forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
- A robust commitment to safety, teamwork and attention to detail
