What You’ll Be Doing

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with gusto and professionalism

- Creating and updating jobs in our job management system

- Making outbound calls to follow up service enquiries and book estimates (no cold calling)

- Maintaining and assisting with the service schedule

- Supporting our sales team with bookings and customer information

- Ensuring accurate notes, data entry, and record keeping across systems

- Taking initiative to solve customer issues and keep things moving

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a busy customer service environment

- Excellent data entry accuracy and exceptional attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills,



written, verbal, and phone

- A proactive problem-solver who loves helping customers

- Strong organization and planning skills

- Experience using service & ticketing systems is highly advantageous

- HVAC/Heating and cooling or trades background is preferred but not essential
