Customer Service Representative

Hip Pocket Mandurah, Port Kennedy & Naval Base are seeking a casual, part-time or full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Mandurah or Port Kennedy stores.

As a key member of our team, you will support day-to-day store operations while delivering outstanding customer service across retail, sales and basic production processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, professional service to customers in store, via phone and email
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice
- Process sales, orders and payments accurately from POS through to delivery
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming store environment

- Training provided

Skills & Experience

- Previous retail sales experience (preferred)
- Experience in corporate uniforms or a related supply industry (highly regarded)
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using POS systems
- Knowledge of workwear, embroidery or heat transfer is an advantage

Requirements

- Available Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Pay: From $27.81 per hour
