About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary focus will be converting inbound enquiries into booked appointments while providing a professional, friendly, and solution-focused experience.

This role also involves making outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and assist in generating new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Answering inbound customer enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Converting incoming calls into booked service appointments.
- Making outbound calls to follow up on enquiries, maintenance reminders, and customer service activities.
- Building rapport and creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Resolving customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism.




- Maintaining accurate customer records within our systems.
- Working closely with our dispatch and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Achieving individual and team booking and customer service targets.

About You We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in both inbound and outbound customer service or call centre roles.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn recent systems.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
