Proximity Plumbing is growing fast, and we're on the hunt for a bright, energetic Customer Service Representative to join our office team. ?

We need someone who can be that voice. You'll answer calls, follow up with customers, and make every interaction feel easy and looked after — but this isn't a sit-back-and-wait role. You'll also need to be confident making outbound calls, whether that's checking in on a quote or grabbing feedback after a job. If you're not scared to pick up the phone and you thrive in a close-knit, high-energy team, this one's for you. ?
The Role
- Answer inbound customer calls and enquiries
- Follow up warm leads and customer enquiries
- Book jobs and appointments
- Make outbound calls to follow up on quotes and check in with customers for feedback
- Problem-solve on the spot and find solutions for customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
- Become a valued part of a supportive, high-performing office team

- Confident on the phone — comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls
- Warm, engaging and genuinely likeable
- Great problem solver who thinks on their feet
- Highly organised and switched on
- Positive, energetic and uplifting to be around
- Great at building rapport quickly
