At Waterco & Davey Water, we support customers across plumbing, pool & spa, farms and household.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Balcatta branch. This is a full time, office-based role. Monday to Friday only — no weekends.

About the Role

This is a practical, front-line role. You’ll be on the phone and at the trade counter helping customers every day.

You’ll take orders, answer questions, and keep things moving. It’s busy, hands-on, and suits someone who enjoys dealing with people and getting things done.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Answer phone calls and respond to emails

- Serve customers at the trade counter

- Enter and process orders accurately

- Check pricing, stock, and delivery details

- Help customers with product queries

- Work closely with sales and warehouse teams





- Keep records up to date in the system

About You

- Experience in customer service, either in an office or trade counter

- Comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone

- Good attention to detail, especially with order entry

- Confident using computers and systems

- Experience in a technical or trade-related industry is highly valued (plumbing, pumps, hardware, building supplies, etc.)

- Reliable, team-focused, and willing to learn
