We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join our cybersecurity team and help protect our organization's systems, networks, applications, and data from evolving cyber threats. In this role, you will monitor security events, investigate incidents, assess vulnerabilities, and support the implementation of security controls to maintain a secure technology environment. You'll collaborate closely with IT teams, software engineers, cloud engineers, risk and compliance teams, and business stakeholders to strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture.

Monitor security alerts, events, and logs using Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
Investigate, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents, threats, and suspicious activities.
Perform vulnerability assessments, security scans, and support remediation activities.
Monitor network, endpoint, cloud, and application security to identify potential risks.
Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity controls, policies, standards, and procedures.
Conduct threat intelligence analysis and identify emerging cybersecurity risks and attack trends.
Support incident response, forensic investigations, root cause analysis, and recovery activities.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to strengthen infrastructure, cloud, and application security.
Participate in security audits, compliance assessments, and risk management initiatives.
Develop security reports, dashboards, documentation, and management summaries.
Support security awareness initiatives and promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, vulnerabilities, and remediation activities.
Assist with security testing, threat hunting, and monitoring activities where required.
Research emerging cybersecurity technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry developments to support continuous improvement.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen security monitoring, incident response, risk management, and overall cybersecurity resilience. ✅ Requirements
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, information security, network security, and risk management.
Knowledge of security monitoring tools, SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Familiarity with operating systems, networking concepts, cloud security, identity and access management, and vulnerability management.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or similar frameworks is advantageous.
Understanding of incident response, threat detection, threat hunting, malware analysis, and security operations.
Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, or similar security platforms is advantageous.
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize multiple security alerts and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate security documentation and records.
High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, and commitment to protecting sensitive information.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with IT, engineering, cloud, risk, compliance, and business teams.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving cybersecurity threats and technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
