The Prospect

We’re seeking an organised and proactive admin professional to join our team for a short term contract. This role offers flexibility and is open to WHV candidates, parents returning to the workforce, and those seeking school-hour employment.

What you’ll be doing

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis and support a project. In this role, you'll assist with administrative activities including contacting former employees through various channels, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong organisational skills, and takes pride in delivering accurate and confidential work.

What we are looking for

- Previous experience in an administration, customer service, coordination or support role.

- Open to a short term contract

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records and processing information.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
