Hospitality Sales Representative – Fryaway

Fryaway is looking for a confident, energetic and relationship-focused Deep Fry Diplomat to grow our presence across the hospitality industry.

This isn’t your standard sales role. You’ll work directly with restaurants, cafés, clubs, pubs, hotels, takeaway shops and commercial kitchens—helping them secure quality Australian cooking oil, reliable used cooking oil collection and practical oil-management solutions.

Your mission is simple: build strong relationships, win new customers and make Fryaway the first name hospitality businesses think of when it comes to cooking oil.

What you’ll be doing

- Prospecting and winning new hospitality customers

- Visiting commercial kitchens and speaking directly with owners, chefs and managers

- Promoting Fryaway’s range of cooking oils, equipment and used cooking oil collection services

- Conducting site assessments and recommending suitable oil-management solutions

- Preparing quotes, proposals and customer agreements

- Managing leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline

- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Working with our operations team to ensure smooth installations, deliveries and collections

- Attending industry events, networking opportunities and local promotions

- Achieving agreed sales, revenue and customer-growth targets





- Keeping customer records, follow-ups and sales activity up to date

About you

You’re comfortable walking into a busy kitchen, starting a conversation and turning a handshake into a long-term customer relationship.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Experience in sales, business development, hospitality or foodservice

- Confidence with cold calling, face-to-face prospecting and onsite sales

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to manage your own territory and follow up consistently

- Good organisation and basic CRM or sales-reporting skills
- A current Australian driver licence
- The resilience to hear “not today” and the discipline to follow up tomorrow

Experience in hospitality supplies, food distribution, commercial kitchens, waste services or cooking oil would be highly regarded—but attitude, energy and the ability to build trust matter most.
