As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist in our thriving NDC Kooringal practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have

Minimum 2 years experience as a Dental Receptionist





Dental Assisting experience is desirable but not essential- Full training will be provided to the successful candidate

Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite

Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

You are

Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail

Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
