About the Role:
As our Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice, lead a dedicated team of dental support staff, and ensure that our patients receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day on site operations of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and stock management
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of dental clinicians and support staff
- Implement and maintain compliance with health and safety standards, privacy regulations, and accreditation requirements
- Oversee patient accounts and billing
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and build positive relationships within the community
- Drive practice growth by identifying opportunities for service improvement and expansion
- Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience at every touchpoint
About You:
- Proven experience in dental, healthcare, or medical practice management. Or Senior Role in Dental Support and ready to take the next step!
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of computer literacy, experience with dental practice software
- Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and compliance requirements is preferred.
- A patient-first attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
