The key duties of the position include:
The Role The Deputy Director MQ-4 Enterprise Assurance (DD MQ-4 EA) provides leadership, independent assurance, and business planning and integration for the MQ-4 Triton Enterprise. The position manages a team conducting supplier performance assurance and internal MQ-4 Management Unit (MQ4MU) assurance services. The position also ensures that MQ4MU's budget and commercial arrangements support Enterprise objectives.
The position will also work closely with the Deputy Director MQ-4 Capability Planning and other stakeholders to develop and evaluate strategies for ensuring performance and achieving Enterprise objectives.
On behalf of Director MQ4MU the position also establishes, analyses and reviews the MQ4MU Battle Rhythm by coordinating high level tasking and conducting business planning. The position acts as the Director MQ4MU as required.
International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) is the United States regulation that controls the manufacture, sale and distribution of defence and space-related articles and services. The ITAR contains a list of “restricted” countries that are unable to access ITAR controlled information, and therefore we will need to know if an applicant holds dual citizenship to one of the restricted countries to ensure they meet the requirement to perform the role (and we do not breach any ITAR requirements).

About our Team
SRSPO ensures the availability and performance of highly complex surveillance and response airborne and related systems for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) – the P-8A Poseidon and MQ-4C Triton aircraft systems.

This position is a member of the MQ-4 Management Unit (MQ4MU), within SRSPO that is responsible for delivering sustainment and acquisition services for the CAF41 Triton Capability. As a Unit we exercise this responsibility through the MQ-4 Triton Cooperative Program with the United States Navy and in collaboration with our Industry partners. This arrangement is known as the Triton Enterprise.

Security Clearance:
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at “Negative Vetting Level 1”.
