Requirements - Knowledge of Building Sector.
- Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B; Coordinator, D&B; Manager, Design Manager. Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.
- Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.
- Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties. Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
- High level of communication skills.
- Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
- Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide. Remuneration - Competitive Basic (Dependant on experience)
